The order was placed on the 9th. It was supposed to be sent with Taxydromiki Courier and to arrive in 2 to 5 days. On the 12th it finally left the warehouse and started its travel. It visited every country from Poland to Greece and with several stops on the way. On the 15th it was in Slovenia, resting for a couple of days, so I wrote an email asking to see if there was anything Lymeherbs has to say about the parcel actually not arriving in the next day. I received a reply on my email on the 19th, telling me that they asked the Courier, and on the 20th that the parcel left Romania. There was never an email explaining why there was such a big delay. I will never buy again from Lymeherbs.
